You can't imagine how exciting it is to know that there are only two days before I can begin to pick up the pups delivered October 8 by Bristol. She must be attempting to avoid chasing her children as the mess she made night before last in her cage was unbelievable. I couldn't believe my eyes when I went in to do my nightly feeding frenzy for the hoglets and their little one's. Two stories to tell here today, so will begin with the fact that in two days we are able to begin hand taming Bristol's (6) pups and in five days we will begin to hand tame Heidi's (5) pups.
Colour's are beginning to be much more apparent on the pups and the gender I hope to determine within the next couple of weeks while hand taming. I will be updating the website under available hoglets with pictures of the pups (with genders, I hope). We have quite a mix in the colours. Its looking like dark standard chocolate snowflake / salt & pepper and grey standard snowflake. Cinnamon/cinnacot and possible pinto. As I begin to handle the pups I will definitely be able to see the colours much more clearly so stay tuned for the exciting news and pictures of gender & colour. Be sure to read my next blog on Bristols hurricane! Till then,
