The babies (all eleven of them) are growing so fast! I know I probably say that every time I write in the blog lately, but quite frankly they grow so quick! They are all doing very well and Mom's are still a bit cranky but protective :) cranky.
The hand taming has begun! The babies are just beginning to open their eyes, one or two are fully opened and others and half opening. They are moving around the cage's so much more now it will only be a matter of days where they come out to explore the rest of their area's.
New pictures have been taken, some better than others of course, and it appears as though we have a great mix of male and female genders in both litters. Heidi's crew are 4 Dark Standard colouring with one pinto developing I believe in the group, and her Grey Standard Choc Chip Pinto is also maintaining a white patch. Bristol's crew seem to have an even number of males and females. Two are coloured cinnamon with patches for pinto and four others appear to be cinnamon, cinnamon snowflake. The colours are beginning to become more apparent as we are into week three of Bristol's litter and 2.5 week point with Heidi's litter. Pictures here are from October 23, 2010. More pictures coming soon as the pups are handled more and unroll more freely LOL. These photo's are of Heidi's five pups, Bristol's six pups will be shown in a separate blog entry! Enjoy everyone and feel free to post your comments.
CONGRATS!!! The babies look excellent, glad to see and hear they are doing well. Can't wait to see pictures as they grow and become even cuter!
