Fun with Hedgie on the Lego trail for mealies...yummy

It is such fun to have owners contact me and share their experience of how they are developing their bond with their newly purchased little friend (hedgehog).

Recently there have been three litters of new fur-ever homed hedgehog babies.  Some buyers like to keep in touch with me about their quilled bundled of joy.

One lady in particular "Sonia & Family" have shared with me how to ensure their little guy interacts with the entire family.  Her boys have created Lego mazes for the Hedgie "Spike" aptedly named, to walk through the mazes they create to entice him to find one of his favourite foods "mealies". Sonia has sent me two pictures of the mazes her young boys have created for him, this one depicts the battle of the mealie's adventure with every man armed for the ascent toward them LOL.  How creative and fun is this bonding interaction :o>.

Sonia reports that Spike is becoming a very good pal to all in the family and is happily following the mealie trails the boys are creating for him.  That is just awesome!
